London, UK (October 13, 2020) – Lemongrass, a global leader in migrating and operating SAP on AWS, today announced that it has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud 12 Framework for both Cloud Hosting and Cloud Support. This is the third year that Lemongrass has been listed as a G-Cloud supplier, emphasizing the company’s commitment to delivering cloud-based services to public sector organizations in the UK.

The G-Cloud Framework enables public bodies to procure commodity-based, pay-as-you-go cloud services on short-term contracts through an online catalog called the Digital Marketplace. This streamlined procurement process supports the UK government’s “Cloud First” policy and is a key component in the government’s ambition to operate a “cloud-native” digital architecture.
Lemongrass is one of only a few AWS Premier Partners named as a supplier under the G-Cloud 12 Framework to deliver SAP on AWS migrations, automation, and run operate services for UK Government organizations. The Lemongrass G-Cloud 12 migrate and operate models provide Government organizations access to the continuous innovation and pricing improvements that AWS release on a weekly basis, marking the end of the traditional “hosting” fixed price models that have previously dominated the UK Government sector.
