Job Title: Internal Support Engineer
As an Internal Support Engineer, you will be working across a number of different applications and services to provide support for the Lemongrass team. This will include general infrastructure support as well as application management.
You should have a good background in Active Directory and Office 365 management as well as solid troubleshooting skills and exposure to multiple desktop and backend applications.
Majority of our services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and or Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, so exposure to AWS and an understanding of SaaS-based applications is required.
This is a new team within Lemongrass, so there is ample opportunity to help grow and shape the team along the way.
This is a home-based role, so you will need to ensure that you have an adequate home office setup with reliable power and internet connectivity.
